With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, Rashmi believes meaningful change begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood.

Throughout her career, she has supported children, adolescents, and adults through some of life’s most difficult experiences, from anxiety and depression to trauma, addiction, grief, and loss. Her goal is to meet each client where they are, helping them better understand their experiences and develop the tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

Rashmi takes a compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based approach to therapy. She creates a safe, supportive environment where clients can process difficult experiences, gain greater personal insight, and work toward meaningful change.

Depending on each client’s needs, her approach may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques.
